RETURN POLICY

 

At Tye Line Boutique customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority. We want you to be very enthusiastic about your purchase from us!

We have a 30-day return policy for International orders Only.


No returns or refunds on lipglosses, eyelashes, or sunglasses. To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not qualify. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For orders that are NOT International. We MUST receive your return within 15 days starting from the day the order was received by the customer to be considered if eligible for a refund. For items past the 15 day return period $15-$20 restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. Returns past 15 days that's not international will be rejected and you will be contacted to have items shipped back to you at your expense. Which you will then also be responsible for return postage. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


To start a return, you can contact us at tyelineboutique@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email on instructions where to send your package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a email notifying you of the approval or rejection for your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 Non-returnable items 
Certain types of items worn, washed, tags torn off cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified by email and automatically be refunded on a digital gift card.
